This weekend the squash and tomatoes sprouted! It's so nice to see them everyday in the window. I'm contemplating whether or not to transplant the microgreens at all or let them grow in the egg carton until they are ready to eat. Got another egg carton!! I'm feeling accomplished so we are going to expand to some red-leaf lettuce, yeah!
